Also, if you can really never fast (a permanent illness, etc.) then you should feed a poor person for every day of Ramadan: “And as for those who can fast with difficulty, (e.g. an elder), they have (a choice either to fast or) to feed a poor person (for every day)” [al-Baqarah 2:184]</div>
